You can always add that at a later date, should you like and don’t need to have your YTT first. 50 Hours will also be added to any current YTT hours via the Yoga Alliance. Our Yin Yoga teacher training courses take place over three days and incorporates 40-hours of pre-course reading, yoga practice and teaching, and homework.
